The next tier will be closer (or a bit over) your initiation budget (Druid Hills, AAC, ACC, Dunwoody, Ansley), There are lots in the middle/lower end of your range (Golf club of Georgia, Horseshoe Bend, CC Roswell, St. Ives, Crooked Creek, Brookfield, Indian Hills, Rivermont, Standard Club, Pinetree,+ a lot more).
